About: My art is living

“My art and profession is to live.” Michel de Montaigne

I don’t live in a French tower in the Dordogne, but I do love books – reading them, writing them and writing about them. This is my virtual commonplace book: a space to record some of my reviews, quotations and thoughts about this and that.

  1. Hi Anna – would you be able to let me know the best email address to contact you at? I have an idea that I thing MyArtIsLiving might be interested in. Hope to hear from you soon – all best – Dan Vidra

  2. Hi Anna. Just wanted to say I got your Pongo McVitie book on Kindle from The Fussy Librarian and I’m really enjoying it. Am only a few pages in but it has quite a similar era and tone to a series I wrote. I couldn’t find another way of contacting you but just wanted to share my thanks. I’ll write a good review on Amazon and Goodreads once I finish – it might be a while though as I’m quite tangled in a few books ATM. Thanks, Alex

That’s really kind, thank you! I hope you enjoy it. What was the name of your series? I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch – it’s much appreciated. Anna
